Unable to access railsinstaller webpage

Dear Railsbridge -- I am trying to install the railsinstaller software but am unable to access the webpage. I keep getting a timed-out error. Thank you.

Hi! I get this - use http://railsinstaller.org/en directly. I'm making a PR with a fix though :)
