Deposit command fails

In CLI app, the depositCall transaction fails.

I believe because it doesn't call 'approve' on the ERC20 before calling deposit.

Specifying a reasonable max fee per gas and max priority fee per gas resolved this.

Though I believe I still need to be calling approve before deposit.
