Summary

• Adds a trust-model `@dev` block to `LibOpContext` covering audit assumption audit assumption — context authentication is the calling contract's responsibility #497.
• The interpreter serves whatever the calling contract puts into the context grid; it does not authenticate signers, validate signatures, or check freshness.
• Calling contract = the authentication boundary. Expression = responsible for enforcing semantic constraints (deadlines, nonces) over the cells it reads. Integrators must treat the context matrix as adversary-controlled unless they have authenticated each cell.
