v0.4.1 — Safe v1alpha1 → v1beta1 Migration Path

Patch release that enables zero-downtime migration from v1alpha1 to v1beta1.

Changes

  • The v1alpha1 API version is now served (but no longer the storage version) — this allows existing v1alpha1 resources to be read and migrated without errors during cluster upgrades. After migration, v1alpha1 will be removed in a future release.
