Welcome — feedback on 0.9.0

[ralksta]

Hi and welcome! 👋

Pocket Album 0.9.0 is the first public beta of a small, native iOS client for Immich. It's albums first, it works offline, and it has a search that understands people, places and years. The release notes have the details.

I built it because I wanted an iPhone app that works the way I use my photos. I'm sharing it in case it's useful to you too. It's a hobby project: free, open source, no tracking.

This thread is the place for first impressions. For example:

• What works well for you, and what feels off?
• Does it run with your setup? (Immich version, reverse proxy, VPN, API key permissions)
• What's missing for you to use it day to day?

Found a concrete bug? Please open an issue; the form asks for the details that help me reproduce it. Have a bigger idea? Start a thread under Ideas.

Please don't post API keys, server addresses or private photos here. 🙏

Thanks for trying it!
