Restore LogonUI Background for Startup, Shutdown and installing Updates
#3553
Back with Windows Vista and Windows 7 the start-up, shutdown and update process still showed a picture background in LogonUI. Microsoft eventually changed that to an accent-color with Windows 8 and Windows 10 and now with Windows 11 it's just a black background.
However I noticed if you trigger a shutdown or restart from the lock-screen the background isn't black and your actual Lockscreen Wallpaper is shown. Here are some screenshots to explain what I mean:
Shutting down / Restarting from inside the OS:

I took these screenshots way back from a Windows 10 VM I believe but the behavior in Windows 11 is still the same, only that Windows 11 will always show a black background when the process is initiated from within the OS.
Would Windhawk be able to force Windows to always show either the user's lockscreen image or a custom image even if a shutdown or restart is triggered from within the OS like Windows Vista and Windows 7 did?
