Win10 Taskbar Per-App Volume Control doesn't work on Windows 10

As the title describes.
I'm using windows 10, the only other Windhawk mode installed is "Better file sizes in Explorer details" and "Middle click to close on the taskbar"

Here is the log after "activating" the mod. I believe it doesn't detect my scroll at all
