BUG: Setting "Automatically play files from USB" needed when saved as autoplay on boot

"Autoplay of playlist from USB does not work if not set "Automatically play files from USB".

Is this correct behavior. If not mistaken the correct behavior should be that this settings is not needed to auto playback the boot playlist?

This is a good question. For now the backend requires that checkbox for anything from USB to be autoplayed. But whether or not it should apply to the USB sticks autoplay list is good question. That setting is not required for the internal autoplay list, though.

After fixing #45, autoplay list from otherwise empty usb stick seemed to work.

Playlist with "automatically play when device starts" seems to work when the playlist itself is saved to RAME (instead of USB stick).
