Adds automatic window title resolution based on PS2 game ID.
The runtime now looks up the game ID (e.g., SLUS-20216) in an internal
database and displays the full game name in the window title.
Falls back to the raw ID if no match is found.
Approximately 789 games are on this list, only those with Debug Symbols.
