• Fishing-rod-style item with max durability 1
• Survival recipe included in data/chunkdeletecannon/recipe
• /chunkrod give [targets] command is permission level 2/admin-only
• Any player can use the rod once they have it
• Server-side queued chunk clearing, 4,096 blocks per tick
