Daikin Althema 3 Geo, Problems with Datatransfer

I have a EGSAH10DA9W. I try to read Data from X10A, a 6N137 2 channel optocoupler and a M5Stack AtomS3. On Homeassistant I get Error codes like Error 0x15 0xEA or 0x75 0x05 depending on inversion false or true. I use the file ESPAltherma-main\include\def\Altherma(EGSAH-X-EWSAH-X-D series 6-10kW GEO3).h. The best result is, that I can read 2 bytes. I would like to have help to solve the problem.
