Dutch (nl) translation for the web page, installer and espaltherma-card

Hi Raomin,

Thanks for ESPAltherma 2 and the new card – I just upgraded my
Altherma 3 R F (EHVX08S18EJ6V / ERGA08EAV3H7) and it works great.

Attached is a complete Dutch translation:

• web/i18n/nl.json (356 strings, also used by the card)
• flasher/i18n/nl.json (35 strings)
• register-nl.diff: adds "nl" to scripts/webpage.py and LANGS
  in web/index.html and flasher/index.html
• espaltherma-card/add-nl.diff: adds "nl" to build.py and
  Dutch OWN strings

scripts/check_i18n.py reports 0 missing / 0 placeholder issues
for nl. The terms follow Dutch installer usage (aanvoer, retour,
debiet, driewegklep, back-upverwarming).

Feel free to use it as you like. Happy to review wording.

@Zjoske65 Dank je wel, Jos! I went through the files: complete (356 and 35 strings, every placeholder in place), and the wording reads like installer Dutch indeed. Could you open two pull requests with exactly what's in the zip, one on ESPAltherma's beta branch (the two nl.json and the three one-line registrations) and one on espaltherma-card? That way the CI checks run on them and the contribution carries your name. If that's a hassle, say so and I'll apply the zip myself with you as co-author.

Thanks Raomin! I'm not very experienced with pull requests yet,
so I'd be glad if you applied the zip yourself with me as
co-author. Happy to review the Dutch wording once it's live.
Next time I'll try a pull request myself.
