I’m new here and really interested in learning from this project.

I’m especially curious about your development workflow around the agent harness. How do you usually go from a new feature idea to implementation? For example, how do you decide what belongs in specs/ versus
docs/, and how do you use those documents while building and maintaining the project?

I’m also very interested in how you work with AI on a larger codebase like this: how you plan features, keep the architecture coherent, validate changes, and avoid the project becoming hard to maintain over
time.

If you’re open to sharing, I’d really appreciate learning about your process.
