feat: ship benchmark frontier and full release automation

Summary

• land the benchmark frontier markdown/layout recovery improvements already on this branch
• prepare the 0.2.1 release surface across crates, Node, WASM, CLI artifacts, Homebrew, and Docker
• refresh README, CHANGELOG, and CI/CD publishing docs with the new benchmark and release matrix

Validation

• cargo test
• cargo check -p edgeparse-wasm --target wasm32-unknown-unknown
• npm ci && cargo build --manifest-path ../../crates/edgeparse-node/Cargo.toml --release && npm install --no-save file:./npm/darwin-arm64 && npm run build:ts && npm test
• docker build -f docker/Dockerfile .
• make publish-rust-dry
