Copy of the application starting #1020
Description
I have use-fork=false and working-dir set to custom. These settings are respected if I start a third party program from inside rio. However, If I pass the argument rio -e say via dmenu to start a program, then no matter if try to open a new Tab or a new Window, the same application opens instead of err, a blank new tab which I am expecting. Every other traditional terminal including xfce4-terminal just opens a proper blank new tab, so why does rio has different behavior based on how an application is started?
