Tax field full width and with the gap + pushing down the footer as
v-cloakhides the form until Vue is ready resulting in a visible bounce of the footer. We could remove thev-cloakbut the password strength component currently depends on Vue fully and there is also av-elseon the page in case you're already logged in.
