We implemented Playwright report uploads to a Github repo with Github Pages previously: #940, but every action needs to pull the repo first so with concurrent tests this was causing issues. Also the repo grew to fast and the cleanup script couldn't keep up. So moving to Cloudflare R2 🚀 the bucket is configured to remove objects after 14 days. Let's see if that's enough to stay within the free plan.
