Contributes to rapidsai/build-planning#254

RAPIDS dropped almost all usage of the nvidia conda channel when it dropped CUDA 11 support last year (rapidsai/build-planning#184).

Since at least RAPIDS 25.12 it hasn't needed it at all (rapidsai/build-planning#223 (comment))

This removes it from conda channel lists in all examples here.

Thank @jameslamb, I notice we have other appearances, in md files and notebooks. If you want we can add them to this PR or do a follow up.

@ncclementi those files are already both modified in this PR. Do you see other places?

I'm intentionally leaving things like this that come from output of old notebooks:

But otherwise I think this PR got everything.
