Raspberry Pi documentation states that the default password for use pi is "raspberry", which used to be the case. But with the bullseye release, there is no longer a default password, but rather a means to set a password when you download the software. Since one does not realize this until erroneously trying "raspberry" and searching other documentation, and then a long download of 2.2 GB again, why not update the documentation to say that while it used to be raspberry it now has to be set before downloading if you want to run headless
