* feat: add handleDeeplink function

* feat: PR reviews

* feat: wait for response after the handle-deeplink API

* fix: wrap iOS handleDeeplink response in data key to match Android and Dart parser

The iOS plugin was returning a flat dictionary from toDictionary(), but
DeeplinkData.fromJSON expects fields nested under a "data" key. This caused
isLinkrunner to silently default to false on iOS.
