Fixes

NTP time sync — Timestamps now show HH:MM instead of --:-- after WiFi STA connects
LXMF retry logic — Send retries throttled to 2-second intervals with 30 max attempts (~60s window), fixing silent failures after the first message
Message status persistence — SENT/FAILED status now persists to disk correctly (was stuck on QUEUED after reload)
