Low temperature cooking
Target of this project is to create a Low temperature cooker based on Arduino Teensy 3.
Goal is to heat water to a specific temperature just perfect for cooking the specific dish. A big amount a pre-set temperature are embeded.
All the temperatures and time cooking comes from "Modernist Cuisine" book.
Main element :
- Teensy3 for main program
- Nokia 5110 for the screen
- DS18B20 for temperature checking
- Rotary encoder to navigate throw menu
- Two button -- Back / Reset Timer -- Menu / Validate
- 220V Heat resistor
