Suggest that you take inspiration from iMike78's lesson learned and use some CAD-software to build a 3D-model of the PCB shape which can be 3D-printed and tested for physical size match. Checkout his post here with images of the 3D-prints he made to maximize the space available:
Thhe idea is to have a cheap realistic static representation of a physical design or product used to visualize the final outcome, test ergonomics, and demonstrate functionality before actually design the PCB to know the size limitation and restrictions, especially any tight height constraints.
