[Request] Test Ray#46861 does not break Kuberay redis cleanup #2319

What happened + What you expected to happen
ray-project/ray#46861 changes how Ray uses redis. We need to make sure Kuberay is not broken by that change. Once it's merged, we need to do smoke tests for kuberay.
