[Bitwarden] Fix potential stale session token issue

Description

• Small fix to hopefully reduce issues such as unlock failing due to an invalid session token, which tends to happen after a CLI update
• Changed the unlock method to use the --passwordenv method from the CLI (safer)
• Feedback improvements
• Added some tests to prevent the CLI binary hash from being incorrectly updated
