Adds USD to BDT conversion support for EPS payments. New setting: USD to BDT Rate. USD orders are converted to BDT before calling EPS, conversion details are saved to order meta, and EPS is hidden/blocked for unsupported currencies or missing USD rate. Keeps previous security hardening intact.
