[`rTexPacker`] rTPb doesn't include atlasinfo

Unlike the other descriptor formats, the binary does not include the atlas info.

@tgaldi What information do you need to be included? Afaik, there is no need for additional information on the rTPb, what is the specific use case?

The information I need is the file and extension of the image its describing. I don't know if that is a bug but the binary descriptor stores the name of the descriptor file name/extension instead.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding the use case for the binary (or descriptors in general), but I'm loading the descriptor and using that to load the texture as well. This way I can store them both together.

Definitely it was a bug! It should be the name of the image with the extension! Just reviewed it, it would be fixed in an upcoming release (probably by end of year)!
