Contains the Proto definition for RPC to check if given title is available for the current user in the given org.

Summary by CodeRabbit

  • New Features
    • Added Personal Access Token title availability validation: Users can now verify if their desired token title is available within their organization before creation. This check prevents naming conflicts and ensures unique identifiers across team members, improving token management and administrative workflows.
