NuGet package now available for libqt6c

Just as I've started on the Qt6.NET project, my repo also can build and package the libqt6c dynamic libraries into a NuGet for use in .NET projects.

So far, I've published the first release here: https://www.nuget.org/packages/Qt6C/

Also note that since cross-compiling isn't supported yet in the libqt6c zig building process, I can only build Linux libraries for now.

@rcalixte I'm more than happy to make you owner of the NuGet package as well, just need your NuGet username to add as a package owner, so you can maintain the NuGet as well.

I'm thinking I'll explore this more after Zig's 0.15.0 release is done but we'll see how that goes.

I'm more than flattered but I don't have an account and I don't use .NET. You're doing the work, you should get the credit!
