run getcwd01 100 times cause system crash on mbe1500 board with root=/dev/nfs #141

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. run this testcase using pan, with the attached configuration files.
2. ./runltpmsh.sh

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

the system will crash when running the 92th times. the following is error 
information:
