Reason for change :
- Added _SCXF11BFL_PRODUCT_REQ_ flag alongside _XB8_PRODUCT_REQ_ for 6G hotspot
- Supports SSIDs 19 (hotspot_open_6g) and 21 (hotspot_secure_6g)
- Includes 6G VLAN configuration (PSM_VLAN_OPEN_6G, PSM_VLAN_SECURE_6G)
- Updated MAX_VAP to 6 for _SCXF11BFL_ builds
- Modified SSIDVAL and PARAM_COUNT_ for proper 6G support"
Test Procedure : Ensure hotspot functionality
