Problem/Opportunity
Provide a way for people to use sc review on a single git repo in a Repo workspace. This is particularly helpful for TAG_ONLY and READ_ONLY repositories which are ignored by normal sc review but the user might still want to work on them separately from the repo workspace.
Proposed Solution
sc review --single-git focuses on only the git repository it's in, not looking for a repo workspace above.
