…rent load (#345) * Standardized reportInProgress synchronization in profilexconf.c by using xconfProfileLock instead of a per-profile mutex, and avoided destroying a statically initialized mutex. * Updated deleteAllProfiles() to disable all profiles under a single write lock before performing blocking shutdown operations.
