TEST STEPS:

1.Load latest build with fix
2.Enable WPA3-PCM mode
Device.DeviceInfo.X_RDKCENTRAL-COM_RFC.Feature.WPA3_Personal_Compatibility.Enable
3. verify security mode values for all 3 radios in GUI

OBSERVATION:
wl2.1 takes WPA3-compatibility mode as security mode after step 2
