Reason for change:
1) Instance Id is not properly updated in 64 bit image, added code change to get proper instance value when we add table through webui.
2) Parental Control>Managed Sites rules are not getting added in the WebUI table correctly.
Test Procedure:
1) Do Factory reset.
2) Go to Parental Control > Managed Sites
3) Try to add row under Blocker sites
4) Blocked site should add without any error.
Risks: None
