Upgrades @ant-design/fast-color to latest (3.0.1) to address build compatibility issues in certain environments, particularly CRA projects with older Babel configurations.

Context

Related to ant-design/ant-design#56328 - version 3.0.1 resolves module parse errors caused by untranspiled ES6+ syntax in the previous version.
