Code Review
This pull request removes three development dependencies. While removing cross-env seems correct as it's not used in the npm scripts, removing the ESLint plugins (eslint-plugin-jest, eslint-plugin-unicorn) without updating the ESLint configuration file will likely break the lint command. I've added a comment to highlight that the configuration file changes should be included in this PR to ensure the project's tooling remains functional.
