I want to resize in the top direction.
It doesn't matter if it's not exactly like the video below.
Is there any way to resize in top direction?

Closing - yes, you can resize from the top using the resizeHandles prop. Set resizeHandles={['n']} for north (top) handle, or include multiple like ['n', 's', 'e', 'w', 'ne', 'nw', 'se', 'sw'] for all directions.
