Summary

Some work before we move with RC. Cleaning up and applying latest changes from LEGACY.

Todo

  • GH template (issues, PRs)
  • Documentation
  • CI for lint/type checking/tests
  • Apply changes to legacy-storage from LEGACY branch
    • iOS catchup
    • Android catchup
    • JS catchup
