fix Nightly Program detection for few specific cases

📝 Why & how

Spotted that not all packages which are a part of Nightly Program are properly marked in the directory.

This happens when entry key does not match actual package name. To fix this we need to parse installCommand field and include all packages listed in the array.

In the process, I have also added the type for data format in Nightly Program repo.
