Add recently added and update libraries RSS feeds, link them on the directory home page.
Note
Since we do not store library added date, the "Recently Added" feed entires does not contain
pubDatewhich means that on every feed refresh current date will be assigned to all items, probably marking already seen ones as unread. Hopefully this won't be a big annoyance, maybe we can try to figure something out, but introducing new field to the entries, which cannot be easily automatically generated, just for the RSS seems a bit too much.✅ Checklist
