Overview
Renames the Cursor skill identifiers and cross-references from rdc-* to data-client-* across the Data Client skill set (setup, REST, GraphQL, endpoint, schema, managers, and testing).

Updates public documentation/READMEs to point to the new skill names and links (including /data-client-setup and the REST skill URL), aligning installation and “next steps” guidance with the new naming.
