[FEAT] Save input type for RefCount

I noticed a problem in a situation like this. Perhaps it is worth changing RefCount so that it preserves the input type and gives it to the output?

Although a solution like this is not able to automatically deduce the arguments, which creates a new problem

        where T : IChangeSet<TObject, TKey>
        where TKey : notnull

        source = source ?? throw new ArgumentNullException(nameof(source));

        return (IObservable<T>)source2.RefCount();

I think this may be a bit a fringe concept to won't do.
