We supported .NET 4.5
What is the new behavior (if this is a feature change)?
We no longer support .NET 4.5.
.NET 4.6 is now the minimum target.
This change is in line with https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/dotnet/2015/12/09/support-ending-for-the-net-framework-4-4-5-and-4-5-1/
