리엑트 컴파일러 index.md 번역 및 라우팅 적용

react compiler의 index.md를 번역 후 기존 react-compiler.md를 삭제하여 라우팅을 적용하였습니다.
이제 기존 react-compiler.md 대신 새로 번역된 내용이 표시됩니다.
