🎯 What: The vulnerability fixed was the use of document.write with innerHTML to dynamically inject a <meta> viewport tag in agreement/index.html.
⚠️ Risk: Using document.write and innerHTML can introduce security risks such as DOM-based XSS if the data being written is ever compromised or untrusted. It is also a deprecated practice in modern web development.
🛡️ Solution: The fix replaces the risky logic with a standard and safe DOM manipulation: (doc.head || docEl).appendChild(metaEl);. This ensures the meta tag is correctly appended to the document's head (or document element as a fallback) without the risks associated with document.write. Verified through visual inspection and automated DOM checks.

Replaces the use of document.write and innerHTML for meta tag injection with a safer DOM manipulation method.
This addresses a security vulnerability where dynamic content was being written to the document using risky methods.
The new implementation uses (doc.head || docEl).appendChild(metaEl), ensuring reliable and safe tag placement.
