This is switching the placeholder WebPubStylesheet to ReadiumCSS experimental one. It comes with the iOS and iPadOsPatches’ handling for zoom.
Since ReadiumCSS also moved ligatures to the horizontal-writing space, the editor check for
isEffectivehas been updated accordingly.
