As far as I can tell, the only readwise commands (for interacting with highlights) are to create, read, update, delete, and list highlights. But the highlights themselves return just the book ID, with no information about the Readwise document/book/article such as title, author, etc. A reader-get-book command would be a great addition to be able to interact more fully.
