This upgrades golang.org/x/net to v0.33.0 in order to resolve a CVE detected by dependabot.[0] Naturally, other dependencies must be updated to compensate. (Note: The helm chart is not supported at this time. However, it is prudent to remain on top of security issues just in case.)
