Introduce a new CI/CD pipeline workflow for staging, including parallelized Playwright testing for various configurations. Update deployment scripts to support staging and production tenants, and adjust AWS resources as required. Change-Id: Ie3450e39572e7c0939daf4faf8b2359e2a43724a
